Paphos hotels: car delivery or transfer
At hotels within 20 km of our office in Chloraka, Rentamania LTD hands over the car free of charge in working hours, in one of two ways: the car is brought to your hotel, or someone from our team picks you up there and drives you to the office, about 15 minutes away, where you sign the agreement and get the keys. We agree the option with you at confirmation; in Coral Bay (Peyia) it is always the lift to the office. By our estimate, Ascos Coral Beach Hotel is about 6.5 km from the office by road and Cali Resort, Thalassa, Coral Beach and Corallia Beach about 7–8 km, all inside the 20 km free pick-up zone: in working hours we collect guests at the hotel and drive them to the office, and at the end of the rental the car can stay in the hotel car park by arrangement.

By our estimate, Avlida is about 3.5–4.5 km from the office and Mayfair about 6–7 km, while Veronica Hotel is about 7 km by road and Avanti (Holiday Village & Hotel) about 8 km; all are inside the 20 km zone, so in working hours we either bring the car over or give you a lift to our office, at no charge either way.

In Geroskipou, east along the coast road
By our estimate, Athena Beach is about 8 km from the office by road, Brown Paphos Hills, in the hills above Geroskipou, about 8.5 km, Aliathon and Leonardo Cypria Bay about 9 km, and Louis Phaethon Beach about 10 km, all five inside the 20 km zone. During working hours we either drop the car at the four coastal hotels or drive you to the office, free in both cases; at Paphos Hills, free as well, we collect guests at the hotel and drive them to the office.

What happens after you find your hotel
- Book online with your dates and name the hotel. Nothing is taken at the booking stage.
- We confirm the car and the time, and agree the hand-over: the car is driven to your hotel, or we collect you for the ride to the office.
- On the day, we arrive at the hotel with the car or to pick you up; from most hotels our office in Chloraka is about 15 minutes away. We go through the agreement with you in English, Russian or German.
- You pay at pick-up, and a refundable €300 hold goes on your card. At the end we collect the car at the hotel by arrangement and the hold is released.
Hotel delivery and transfer questions
My hotel is not on this list. Can you still meet me there?
Yes, if it is within 20 km of our office at Griva Digeni 57, Chloraka. The 31 hotels above are the ones with their own page, not the only ones we serve. In working hours that hotel gets the same free hand-over: the car is brought to you, or we fetch you and drive you to the office. Guests in Coral Bay always get the drive to the office.
Can we take the car at the airport and hand it back at the hotel?
Yes. Delivery to Paphos Airport costs €20 and usually takes about 20 minutes from our office; for rentals of 5 days or more it is free. Handing the car back at a hotel inside the 20 km zone during working hours costs nothing.
What should I tell you about the hotel when booking?
The hotel name, the time you want the car and a phone number with WhatsApp. You do not need to work out the building or entrance in advance: if anything needs clarifying, we call you on that number.
* €17/day is our starting rate for rentals of 30 days or more; shorter rentals cost more per day. Drive times and distances are our own estimates and depend on traffic.
