Aliathon Resort, on Theas Aphrodites Avenue in Geroskipou, at the eastern end of the Kato Paphos coast road, is two hotels with separate entrances: Aliathon Ionian and Aliathon Aegean. It is one of the resorts we serve most often, and the part you stay in decides which reception we come to.

Free either way in office hours
The car comes to your reception, or you come with our driver to the office to sign; we agree which when confirming, and both cost nothing, like the final collection. By our estimate Aliathon is about 9 km by road from our Chloraka office, inside the 20 km free zone; the drive takes about 15 minutes.
Nothing to pay before the hand-over
Booking takes no prepayment. You pay at pick-up, when a refundable €300 hold goes on your card, and our team explains the agreement in English, German or Russian before you sign.
Noon check-out, later flight
Hotel check-out is at noon, but the rental runs to the return time you book. Spend the afternoon at Petra tou Romiou, about 25 km east, then meet our driver at Paphos Airport at an agreed time in office hours.
Aegean or Ionian: how the hand-over runs
- Choose dates and a car in the form above, or send them on WhatsApp.
- Add a hand-over time and a phone number; Ionian or Aegean, for example 'Ionian, Fishing Village', saves us a call.
- We drive the car to your reception, or you over to our office; either way, we check licences, hand over keys and papers, take payment and place the €300 card hold.
- On your last day you leave the car in the guest car park, keys at your reception, and we collect it; or you return it at our office or at Paphos Airport before your flight.
Which car for Fishing Village families and Aegean couples?
The resort pitches the Ionian at families and the Aegean at guests who want quiet. For a Fishing Village family with cases and a pushchair, look at the SUVs and minivans; for two, a compact automatic covers the harbour (about 4 km), Coral Bay (about 15 km) and the golf courses the resort lists at Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills. Paphos Airport: the resort is about 15 km away by road (our estimate), about 20 minutes. Pick-up or drop-off at Paphos Airport costs €20 each way and is free for rentals of 5 days or more.

We land at Paphos Airport. Should we collect the car there or at the resort?
Either. At the airport the hand-over costs €20, or nothing on rentals of 5 days or more, and you drive about 15 km to Aliathon. Or take a transfer, then in office hours get the car at your reception, or be driven to our office for it, free.
Does the resort charge for parking the rental car?
No, per the resort: it lists free guest parking at both the Aegean and Ionian receptions. The car park is the hotel's, not ours, so we cannot hold a space for you.
We are on a First Choice or TUI package. Can we still rent from you?
Yes. You can still rent for the whole stay or just the days you want to drive, starting at your reception or, after a free lift, at our office; nothing is paid until the hand-over.
