Met at the Phaethon reception
From our Chloraka office the hotel is about 10 km by road, half our free 20 km radius, and about 15 minutes by our estimate. In working hours our driver either hands over the car there or takes you along to the office to sign; both are free, as is the final collection.
Nothing charged until hand-over day
Reserving costs nothing up front. On that day you read the contract with our team in English, Russian or German before paying for the rental; your card carries a refundable €300 hold.
Day trips east and inland
Aphrodite's Rock (Petra tou Romiou) lies about 25 km east, some 25 minutes via the A6. Geroskipou village and its Agia Paraskevi church are about 4 km inland; the Troodos mountains, about 1.5 hours.
West along the coast
Paphos harbour and castle: about 4 km, around 7 minutes by car. Kings Avenue Mall: about 8 minutes. Coral Bay: about 16 km along the coast, some 25 minutes, past our Chloraka office.
How renting works at Louis Phaethon Beach
- Tell us your dates, preferred car and flight times in the form above or by WhatsApp message, plus the name the room is booked under.
- Pick the meeting point: the Louis Phaethon reception, where our driver arrives with your car or gives you a lift to the office at no charge, or your flight at Paphos Airport, in both cases within working hours.
- On hand-over day we look at every driver's licence and inspect the car together; a second driver joins the contract free of charge.
- Departure day: by arrangement, you leave the keys at reception and we pick up the car, or the rental ends at Paphos Airport within working hours.
Which car for your party at Louis Phaethon Beach?

What if our plane lands late in the evening?
Send the flight number with your booking. Inside our working hours the car waits at the terminal (€20, nothing on 5-day or longer rentals), about 20 minutes from the hotel. Later landings: we confirm time and price before you book, or you take a transfer, and once you have arrived we come to reception within our working hours, either handing over the car or taking you to the office, free.
Can we keep the car after checking out, until our flight?
Yes. The car is booked until your return time, and the hotel's check-out hour has no effect on it. Use the last hours for Geroskipou village or Aphrodite's Rock, then we take the car back at the airport terminal at a time set within our working hours.
We are at Louis Phaethon Beach for a month this winter. One rental or several?
For 30 days or more, book once: the whole stay then moves to the monthly rate, from €17 a day, on one contract and one €300 hold. Mild days suit Troodos, Kourion and the Omodos wineries; mountain roads are slower in winter.
