Key Rental Terms at a Glance

This summary highlights important conditions for convenience. The full Terms and Conditions below remain legally binding.

• Insurance: Third-party liability (TPI) is included as required by Cyprus law. Optional CDW may be available with a standard €300 excess; CDW is not full insurance and exclusions apply.
• Road use: Standard rental vehicles may be driven on paved public roads only. Off-road or prohibited-area use can invalidate protection and result in contractual penalties and recovery costs.
• Drivers: The minimum age is 21 and the driving licence must normally have been held for at least two years. Only authorised drivers accepted by Rentamania LTD may drive.
• Deposit and payment security: A refundable deposit or card pre-authorisation may be required depending on the vehicle and rental conditions.
• Rental period and extensions: The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are valid only after written confirmation.
• Return: Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late or unauthorised returns may incur contractual penalties and actual recovery costs.
• Responsibility: The renter remains responsible for the vehicle, keys and documents until they are physically inspected and accepted by an authorised Rentamania LTD representative.
• Northern Cyprus and special routes: Written approval is required before entering Northern Cyprus or any restricted or off-road area.
